Updating your account information is easy! On the left pane of the screen, look for "Edit Profile". You can change or update your profile as you wish. Kindly make sure all information you will provide is accurate and consistent with your credit/debit card or your bank account.

7. Do I have a purchase limit per week/per month?
Yes, all members have different purchase limit depending on credit history and date of registration. New members have lower purchase limit, while old and frequent buyers have larger purchase limit.

To keep track of all your recent orders, you can find your order history on the left pane of the screen. View status of your orders by clicking "Order History" link.
1. How do I order a product online?
You have an option to order different products by adding everything to your personal shopping cart just like in a grocery store. To add orders to your shopping cart, you may select the category of the product you wish to purchase located on the left portion of the screen. Under the product icon, you will see a "add to cart" button, click then proceed by filling-up the order form. After you have agreed and accepted our Terms and Conditions, order will then be added to your cart. To view the list of products you added, just click the "My Cart" button found on the upper part of your screen.
2. How can I search the product I want?
Currently, all products are searched per catalogue. For example, if you wish to pay the bills of your loved ones in the Philippines, you can select the "Bills Payment" catalogue and choose from our list of accredited utilities.
3. How do I know that you have received my order?
For every successful transaction, you will receive an email confirmation from email@example.com confirming the product you have ordered.

5. When will you start processing my order?
Upon confirmation of payment, SMART Pinoy Store automatically processes your order. For first time buyers, there will be a slight delay in the delivery of your order. It undergoes several procedures of verification to ensure that the true account holder is really the one buying the merchandise. Verification process usually takes about 24 hours at the most. During this process, Fraud Management Department may contact you to request additional information to facilitate verification of your identity.
6. How will I or my local recipient receive the items I purchased? How long?
For Calling Pins or Other Prepaid Pins
You or your recipient will automatically receive the PIN on your email or your recipients email upon payment.
For Smart Mobile Load or Other Mobile load
The mobile load you purchased will be sent to the mobile number you have specified in less than 2 minutes. They will receive an SMS message confirming successful load attempt. You will also receive an email confirmation from email@example.com confirming the status of your order.
In some cases when our automatic reloading system is due for maintenance check, please expect the mobile credit and the order status email to be sent within 30 mins. You can also follow-up your order anytime by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
For Gift Certificates
Once we have validated your order, delivery takes:
a.) 1-2 days for Metro Manila & Key Cities nationwide
b.) 3-5 days (depending on the area) for provincial areas nationwide
NOTE: Validation of order and Delivery are scheduled Mondays-Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in the Philippines.
Normally, all orders placed are delivered the next day. Same day delivery will only apply for Metro Manila areas and if the order is placed before 9AM (Philippine Time).
7. How much is the shipping/delivery costs?
Handling and delivery cost depends on the product you purchased. Prices displayed are all inclusive of the handling and delivery cost, no more extra charges.
8. Can I send a product anywhere in the Philippines? How about abroad?
SMART Pinoy Store currently delivers anywhere in the Philippines. We are now exploring the possibility of worldwide delivery, so watch out for this!

Your recent orders are found on the left pane of the window. You may view the status of your orders by clicking "Order History."

Once you have chosen the product you wish to purchase, you can choose from the available payment facilities: Paypal and Moneybookers.
2. What credit cards do you accept? Do you accept debit cards?
All credit and debit cards that are accepted by our payment facilities can be used to purchase a product or service at SMART Pinoy Store.
As an example, if you have a Moneybookers account, you can enroll or register your Visa Electron debit card. Once you have authorized the fund transfer to be made, you can now purchase SMART Pinoy Store products and services.
3. My country is not listed in the countries serviced by Paypal, are there alternative payment options?
If your country is not accepted by Paypal, you can pay via Moneybookers.
Moneybookers is a well known payment facility all over Europe, which accepts almost all credit cards worldwide. But before you can purchase, you will have to register for a Moneybookers account. For more information, you can check out their website at www.moneybookers.com.
4. How do I pay? What currency?
We only accept payments in USD. All products listed in the website are priced in USD. If you are using a Philippine issued credit card or a credit card using a different currency, prices will be converted to whatever currency you are using. You don't need to worry because the exchange rate in effect will be that of your credit/debit card bank issuer, not of SMART Pinoy Store.
5. Is it really safe to pay via credit cards at SMART Pinoy Store?
SMART Pinoy Store uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption following the best practices for e-commerce and financial institutions. To know if your transaction is secure locate the padlock icon on the lower portion of the status bar.
6. When do I get charged regarding the product I purchased?
Your credit card is charged from the moment you have confirmed payment to be made with your preferred payment facility (Paypal/Moneybookers). Please remember that only you can confirm when payment will be made.

No cancellation of orders can be accepted once the credit card has been charged, and payment notification has been received from our payment facilities and providers.

Unfortunately, merchandise change is not allowed. Once customer credit card has been charged, and payment notification has been received by our payment facility, no more changing of merchandise.

5 Basic Steps to Buying via SMART Pinoy Store
Simply click on the Sign Up link found at the left or top of any page and complete the registration form. One-time registration is needed so that we can get to know you better. Upon registration, you will be able to purchase any SMART Pinoy Store products and services.
Once you've completed the form, you will receive a confirmation email from us to the email address you submitted during the registration process. Click the link on that email to activate your account. Simply follow the instructions to complete your registration.
First you will need to browse for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on top and found on every page of our store. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the left navigation bar of each page. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page.

If you want to order an item from SMART Pinoy Store, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Proceed by filling-up the order form.
